When should I seek help from Advantage Urgent Care?
Advantage Urgent Care was established to manage non-life-threatening illnesses needing immediate attention without the need for hospitalization. If you have a medical emergency, please check-in to an Emergency Room.

Should I call my family physician first?
Yes, it is always a good idea to call your primary care physician before you seek treatment at Advantage Urgent Care. Your primary care physician can direct you to either urgent care or the emergency room depending on your medical condition. In the event that you do not have a family physician, you are always welcome at Advantage Urgent Care. Our medical provider will take care of your immediate needs and then work with you to refer you a primary care physician for follow-up care.

What information should I bring with me to Advantage Urgent Care?
Bring your most up-to-date insurance card and your photo ID.  Let us know about any allergies and your medical history, and bring a list of current medications. If possible, ask a family member or friend to accompany you.
